Brimfield Antiques show

Hi kids, I just got back from Brimfield and am experiencing the letdown. There is nothing in the world quite like the Brimfield flea market. As you know, we take trips to Europe to find antiques and travel to the big shows in the USA, but Brimfield is the king of them all. We noticed that many of the west coast buyers are going to Brimfield rather than go to Texas to buy stuff that originated in Brimfield. The foriegn buyers were also in full force, taking advantage of the weak dollar. All in all the business has slowed down from the "good old days" but there is still the thrill of the hunt and the surprise sales that make it all exciting.
We have a few spots available in our February trip to Europe with stops at the fairs at Arezzo in Italy, Swinderby & Newark in England, and the Paris flea markets.

AntiquesNut

Welcome to the blog for the new website www.AntiquesNut.com We hope this site will become a source for antiquing information for all those people who refer to themselves as "Antiques Nuts"
We just began a major marketing campaign and many Antiques nuts have already hit onto the site and placed ads.
The idea for this site originated a few years ago when I headed from Brimfield to Florida by way of Charlotte, North carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. I was with the infamous father and son team of Billy and Richard Keefe from the lovely Isle of Thanet in England. We wanted to shop for antiques all the way by finding all the shops, malls, auctions, flea markets and other antiques related businesses along the way. We found it very difficult to get good leads on the best places to stop. Even with the internet resources it was difficult.
The intention of This new site is to have a nationwide directory of all these antiques sources.
We designed the site so that visitors can put in the zipcode of wherever they are or are headed for and up will come all the antique businesses with xmiles of that zip.
we are offering FREE listings to anyone who owns an antiques store, mall, shop, auction house, flea market, restoration studio and even the companies that conduct estate liquidation sales.
All the basic ads are FREE and for a really reasonable fee our advertisers can get featured ads with links, pictures, videos, and more. Please mention this site to your friends and antiques business associates. We look forward to your help and participation. We hope to hear your suggestions for improving the site. Check it out!
